Kabaneri of The Iron Fortress
A new zombie style anime show, but it seems like it may have some romantic elements in it already. I have only seen the first part of episode one but it seems to be a very promising show already. I recommend this show to you instantly if you enjoy extremely violent drama and zombies causing chaos everywhere. This anime is definitely for people eighteen and up mature audiences only can view this show. The characters are very life like and they have emotions so close to human beings it's scary. There is a strong presence of death in this show as well from what I have seen already and yet I can't help but to finish episode one. I like this show so far, like I said for its romantic inclination, because I prefer not to look at zombies ever :-). It is early morning and I have to get some rest now. Some things I hadn't noticed before is that Ikoma the main character of this show is a mad scientist. He has been collecting Kabane hearts and now he has been bitten by a Kabane for cutting himself. When he cuts himself in the first episode he does it on purpose trying to lure the Kabane to him and kill it. To become a super human and killing specimen of his own bizarre science experiment. The story is set in a Neo style Tokyo,Japan surrounded by a literal iron fortress. Ikoma makes a friend named Mumei who reminds him of a loved one from long ago.
Ikoma is a revolutionary warrior and he hates the Bushi and accuses them of being power hungry serial killers. I am really starting to like this show more and more with its twists and turns and adventurous plot. I chose the best possible and non graphic image I could find for this show and it is not for kids.

Anime when I was growing up
Growing up I was in love with this show and many other similar anime like it and if you don't know by looking at the picture it is Sailor Moon the original 1990's version my favorite version. The American version is my favorite because it is more child friendly and that's why I love it so much. The original version had two hundred episodes and they were fantastic and yet it ended. The show was canceled due to low ratings and that was really sad because my sister and I and my cousins lived for this show to come on. Well, now there is a new show that is more adult friendly and it is great for me to watch it for nostalgia sake but I prefer the original American version. I love this show so much I want to visit the Sailor Moon cafe in Tokyo, Japan in the Juban shopping district. I had no idea that the Juban shopping district was a real place I thought it was simply a fictional area. Shows I watched growing up were Sailor Moon, Dragonball, Dragonball Z, Gundam Wing, Big O, Outlaw Star, Tenchi Muyo, and Tenchi in Tokyo. I am going to tell you all why I liked each of these anime shows in particular. These are my favorite scenes from the shows I like. Sailor Moon- Serena discovers Darien is Tuxedo Mask and the love of her life from years past. Dragonball- Bulma throws a capsule pill and a house apears. Dragonball Z- Goku and Piccolo become best friends. Gundam Wing- Heero fights as a Gundam pilot for the first time. Big O- Roger and his robot Dorothy discover their love for each other. Outlaw Star- Gene when he visited that one space city and they ate greasy fried take out noodles and Melfina sang her sad song. Tenchi Muyo- Tenchi when he unsealed Rhyoko from her thousand year imprisonment. Tenchi in Tokyo- Sakuya's apartment and her corded line telephone with her futon it was gloomy but beautiful in a sad sort of way. My biggest disappointment in all these shows aside from Sailor Moon ending, Sakuya was never a real person :-(. Comment and leave your questions also and I will get back to you thank you for reading.
